Blemish and marks diminishing cream
This cream glides on my skin easily. It is pumped out as a gel texture and with warming of fingers, easily absorbed into skin. The cream does not cause any stinging sensations even though it contains acids. I noticed that it’s helped with my fresh acne marks with a few applications, the marks are lighter in colour and redness is reduced. The formulation not only help to reduce blemishes but also contains hyaluronic acid to plump and fill fine lines in the skin which is perfect to tackle ageing. So far I have no complaints about this product. I use it morning and evening and even under makeup and had no problems

Hormonal breakouts banished
I was excited to try this product as I really like other products from La Roche Posay. I expected it to help clear up the 2 spots I had, and maybe clear some of the blackheads I had; however it beat these expectations. Usually I have a hormonal breakout around my chin area during my period; however using the A.Z. Gel Cream I didn't even get one new spot. I like the feel of the gel cream, and it smells nice too. It's definitely a high end product, and looks great on the shelf. I didn't notice any reduction in fine lines; however my skin looked healthy, glowing and I did not have any breakouts. I'll definitely be purchasing this cream in the future.

Healthy looking skin
I can't lie, I was a bit worried about putting something with so many 'acids' on my skin but it really has left it looking healthy and glowing. The moisturiser has a lovely lightweight texture and absorbs super quickly so you don't get a sticky or oily residue. You only need to use one pump so a bottle will last ages.

Fabulous and effective
I'm thrilled to have discovered La Roche-Posay Effaclar A.Z. Gel Cream, it's absolutely fabulous. It's a light and delicate moisturiser, gentle on sensitive skin that is blemish-prone. It has a delicate and pleasant texture that easily gets absorbed into the skin, leaving a feeling of hydration and glow. The formula is specially designed to target breakouts, as well as ageing, and it works perfectly. It offers a 3 acid complex, with azelaic acid, salicylic acid and hyaluronic acid. These acids allow it to reduce the appearance of any spots or marks, hydrating the skin and keeping it radiant and healthy. Definitely a fantastic product!

Nice scent but not hydrating enough
Effaclar A.Z. gel cream is an interesting, innovative product designed for mature skin prone to breakouts. I had never come across such a moisturiser before. It smells really nice, but it's not overpowering and disappears quickly. It spreads easily, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. It didn't hydrate my blemish-prone adult skin well enough. Even my T-zone was left feeling dry, and I couldn't use it on my drier cheeks or at night. I want to try it again in the summer, but only on my T-zone. A week-long trial isn’t enough to determine if it reduced breakouts or had any effect on early wrinkles. Just because of the nice smell, I want to give it another try next summer and use it for several weeks to see the potential results.

Amazing for my skin
This product worked amazing for my skin especially as I have acne prone skin. I’m always breaking out. It was easy to use, absorbed very quickly into my skin and felt light and left my skin feeling moisturised and clearer.
