Tiny and stinky
It's a very small bottle for the price (it'd fit in your jeans pocket). The mattifying effect is very strong, and I'm sure the SPF works well.
However, it did sting a little when applying (whereas the standard non-Oil Control version does not). I also dislike the scent, which I would describe as dank or musty - and it doesn't go away after applying, so you'll be smelling of it all day. It's putting me off from using the product at all. The standard version has a much more pleasant neutral sunscreen smell.
Overall, I'd probably recommend sticking with the standard version of this product, and handling the oil control aspect with a routine of other products.

Thin coverage and a small bottle
My first purchase following a rosacea diagnosis and flare ups with many brands. The bottle is pretty small and it’s hard to use a small amount. I like that it has spf but it’s not feasible long term for me due to the price.

My face has never been so sticky or oily! :(
I treated myself to a haul of products from this company, and while most have been fantastic, this "oil control" SPF fluid has been a disaster. It feels thick and gritty to apply, and doesn't spread well at all. I apply it at 8am, and within an hour my face looks stickier and oilier than it ever has! It also clogs my pores really badly and I get little white spots next to my nose and across my chin. I'm really disappointed having spent so much money on it, thinking I was treating myself. I will persist with the other products as they are working well, but sadly this is a big no.

AWFUL COLOUR, TEXTURE AND IRRITATED MY SKIN
I purchased this having previously used a spf 50 oil control from la roche posay for a couple of years. However this is a strange yellow colour on the skin - looks like i have jaundice - and the texture was rubbery and rubbed off in little clumps! I persevered for a day or two and the skin on my cheeks became red, blotchy and scaled off! Very disappointed with this and will be trying no 7 products in future.

Allergy reaction to this suncream full of chemical
I have always trust la Roche posay cream, but unfortunately this suncream has gave a horrible reaction on my face, redness, burning sensation, acne and oily face.
The only thing new that I have added to my routine it was this cream and after using it for 2 days I had a really bad allergy reaction. I went to my dermatologist and she clearly state that it was due to the suncream and it is full of chemicals. These photos are for a few days later but before was extremely red. I am really worried about the amount of chemicals that this product has and this is something that it should be reviewed. I don't recommend this to anyone with sensible skin or even oil prone skin like mine. Now it turn out that my skin from acne oily has become extremely sensitive to this type of product.

It was off!
I have used this before and my skin loves it, consistency was good and got easily absorbed. I purchased it again but this time after shaking it it is just watery, literally like white water, it is clearly off.
Because I've used it before I know it's a good product and makes my skin look great for a long time. I'd recommend this unless they have changed the formula to a very watery one, in that case No!
