It is totally up to you. If you already own a La Roche-Posay product and would like our Skin Expert to demonstrate how to apply it live at your consultation, it may be better to attend without makeup so you can practice the application.

The consultation takes place via Booxi, a video conference platform. When you book a consultation, you will receive an email with a link to join. Just click this link when you are ready to chat with our Skin Expert. Additionally, you will receive an SMS/email reminder 1h before the consultation.

The consultations are 15 minutes long.

No, the online consultation is a complimentary service.

After attending your consultation, you will receive a follow-up email containing your exclusive offer of 15% off when you spend £60*, for you to complete your new recommended routine.

Your Skin Expert will share a post-consultation email with your routine and all the product links, which you can click to be taken to our website to shop with the 15% discount.

Yes, you can. However, before using the recommended routine, we suggest checking that you can use these recommended products with your GP, midwife, dermatologist, or healthcare professional. The consultation is with a Brand Expert, not a medical professional, therefore, this consultation cannot replace the advice of your GP, dermatologist, or medical professional.
