I was curious so cut open the tube to find barely any product inside. Extremely disappointed especially due to the price. Overall product feels fine on the lips but not worth it

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from My saviour product - but has the formula changed? I have very dry and sensitive lips and this has been my saviour for years. Literally the product I can't live without. The packaging changed maybe last year and the applicator and hole aren't as effective as before. I also wonder if the formulation has changed because the last 2 I've bought from Boots in the UK have been dry and grainy. Please do not mess around with a good thing!!!
