01. CLEANSE

Apply a small amount to wet skin. Massage into the face in circular motions to foam. Rinse and pat skin dry with a clean towel.

EFFACLAR PURIFYING CLEANSING GEL 200ML

02. TONE

Apply over face using cotton pad. Avoid eye area. No need to rinse.

EFFACLAR ASTRINGENT LOTION 200ML

03. MOISTURISE

Apply a thin layer of cream over entire face and neck. Avoid eye area. Apply make-up if desired.

I was recommended this product and at first I didn’t notice much or anything but I stayed consistent.. at first the products did dry out my skin but I followed instructions which helped my skin and now, after 3 months use I can honestly say it’s amazing. All my dark spots have more a less gone. It has reduced and more a less stopped my breakouts! It feels really good on my skin and doesn’t cause it to dry out anymore which is jus great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Positive Outcome This brand of skincare is recommended by Dermatologists and I can see why. Purchased for both my daughter and son during adolescence, it has eradicated all signs of pubescent skin. From redness to blemishes, blackheads and spots. My children are completely different skin types; one being pale and the other more olive and this has worked a treat. When choosing skincare, there is a minefield of choice. Trial and error is expensive and can often end in allergic reactions. Reactions which occur quite quickly and are noticeable but can take months to repair through prescription tropical treatments. I strongly recommend this brand. There are different categories to suit different skin types. My Mother who has a history of skin cancer, pre-skin cancer and acute eczema can use the Lipikar range. This has given her a whole new lease of life. Look out for it when on offer. Definitely worth investing.

Toner does feel tingly to start with, does advise to start with alternative days but I have used daily & actually like the feeling as though it’s actually doing something! Avoid eye areas with the moisturiser too, as that made my eyelids itch. Really do rate the products, for my acne prone skin. I think with long term use I will notice more of a difference, but too early to say yet.

Even though it’s a bit pricey, this set from La Roche-Posay really helped calm my skin and reduce the breakouts. At first, I was skeptical since the toner and cream made my skin tingle and sting a little, but after using it consistently for about two weeks, my skin went through the “purging” phase — drying out the breakouts, getting a bit flaky, and then finally calming down. It hasn’t really helped with my acne scars though, so I’ll be looking for something else for that. But overall, I’d definitely recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from La Roche-Posay Skin care cleansing set I bought this for my tween step daughter as her very first professional skin care set due to her beginning to have breakouts and blackheads. Although she’s only used it a few times, you can see a “settling down” of her breakout. The toner gives a little tingling sensation initially due to the exfoliating enzymes but quickly settles. The moisturiser is silky and non greasy. She uses the cleanser with the Liz Earl cleanse and polish cloths for gentle exfoliation. So far it seems to be agreeable with her delicate skin and she loves her posh new facial routine set!
