I do not suffer from bad acne just the occasional hormonal breakouts, but I do get the occasional small spot that shows up from time to time They are really subtle on the skin so once you put them on you can barely notice they are there which makes them easy to wear without feeling self conscious I have found that when I use these my spots settle much faster compared to when I do not use anything at all. They definitely help reduce the healing time and I think they are really worth it for the price
