We are committed to you and your patients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. With our Covid Care Pack initiative we have been delivering skincare packs to Healthcare Professionals and conducting virtual meetings with Q&A sessions on how to use these products to manage the side effects of PPE.

We have published two new articles ‘Prevention & management of skin damage due to prolonged use of mask & frequent hand washing’ and ‘Does Daily Photo Protection Still Matter During the Covid-19 Pandemic’ on LRP PRO. The first publication comprehensively documents the aetiology of different skin manifestations and shares the findings of several different global studies. It also provides guidance on the management and prevention of these symptoms, for both HCPs and patients. The second publication explores the importance of daily photo protection, particularly in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Click here to read now.

The New Dermatologist have partnered with La Roche-Posay and CeraVe to launch an innovative podcast series targeted at GPs, dermatologists, nurses and trainee practitioners in the UK and internationally. The series aims to educate GPs on common dermatological conditions including Acne, Psoriasis and Eczema.

The series of 12 episodes sees consultant dermatologist Dr Victoria Akhras alongside a fellow New Dermatologist to answer questions about a dermatological topic from a GP.
